Carter is so talkative! But he like screeches when he talks it's so fun. He loves to have you talk with him like a conversation. He is so cute about it. I think he talks this loud to be heard over his sister.

He is the cutest little guy. It almost seems like he's frustrated about something, but then he goes back to being completely calm and chill. Cute video.
